Administrative Services

The role of Administration is to put Council’s policy into affect; to advise Council on various policy options and the implications of each if undertaken. Administration is responsible for the operational process, including the following:

Implement Councils Decision

Implement Policy

Provide Decision Making Advice

To provide comprehensive overview, information, etc.
To advise on required resources
To advise, inform and recommend to Council on direction
To advise, inform and recommend to Council on staff utilization
To report on operational activities with regard to systems and processes

Communicate Client Needs

To liaise with Council committees
To provide advice on ways and methods to involve public

Resource for Council and Senior Staff;
Provide Clerical Service for County
Provide Accounting Functions for County
Provide Accounting Functions for External Governmental Agencies/Organizations
